The Universe is Expanding
Stephen Hawking inspired Alan Cohen Experience to write and record The Universe is Expanding, which inspired me to make a cardboard-box rocket ship, which just may have inspired a toddler to dream of going to the stars.
Make it a Good Thing

Mifgash
Taglit-Birthright Israel trips have become a life-cycle event for many young Jews. Mifgash: Encountering Jewish Identity in the 21st Century is a feature-length documentary that explores the ways participants question, reflect and grapple with their own Jewish identity. The film follows participants from Hillel Bus 740, supported by primary footage of former Israeli Knesset Member Yossi Beilin and co-founding philanthropists Charles Bronfman and Michael Steinhardt.
"Taglit Birthright Israel is one of the greatest Jewish communal success stories of our time. Thanks to Mifgash, everyone can now relive that success through the magic of film. Highly recommended!"
- Jonathan D. Sarna, Brandeis University "This is a very informative and well done documentary showing the substantial value of the Birthright Israel program, the most innovative and repercussive program in American Jewish life in the last twenty years. Well worth seeing." - Steven T. Katz, Boston University 3D Bioprinting
Toward the ultimate goal of engineering human tissues and organs that can mimic native function for use in drug screening, disease modeling, and regenerative medicine, a Wyss Institute team made a foundational advance by bioprinting tubular 3D renal architecture that recapitulates functions of the kidney.

An early, early AsileBuyer promotional video. Maybe it had a positive effect on making the sale to Intuit.
Your Mother Should Know
Music producers Roger Greenawalt and Dave Barratt set out to record the complete Beatles catalog on ukulele, a project known as The Beatles Complete on Ukulele. Just being invited to record a song was not enough for the Alan Cohen Experience. Soon after recording a unique version of the song Your Mother Should Know, we set out to make an even more unique video to capture the truly perverted side of the Beatles.

Someday this will be funny, we'll look back and laugh: how we humped just like bunnies, now look at the problems we have. Yes, we dug ourselves silly as we made our way through. Well, it looks like I'm stuck in this rabbit hole with you.

No Boston Olympics
To host the Olympics, host cities must commit to paying for any cost overruns associated with the games, which leaves the cities and their residents on the hook for billions of dollars. The majority of Boston residents know this and ultimately defeated the Boston 2024 bid. These videos for No Boston Olympics was my little contribution civic discourse.
NYC Megaphonica
The New York Megaphonica debuted its earth-shattering, mind-blowing sound on the summer solstice, Sunday, June 21, 2009. Avi Wisnia organized this chorus of eclectic musicians as part of the Make Music New York's Mass Appeal series. The various pieces performed were both arranged and improvised, and the performers were armed with only their voices and megaphones. The audience was encouraged to get up, get down and get involved – People, come together to make noise!
